Can someone help me PLEASE????

My name is Jimmy002:

Boy do I need help I am using Ulead VideoStudio 6 I have been using it for quite sometime with out any trouble. I could down load from my camcorder with out any trouble. I had the vido and the sound, now for some reason when I down load I get all of the vido and the sound. It will play all the way through when I play the thumbnail. But when I add it to the Movie clip it will only play 10 sec of a 30 sec clip. When I capture from the TV set I get the movie but no sound.

Any of the clips that I take from the camera (camcorder) they will play all the way through on Windows medaplayer or Quicktime and Intervideo. All with no trouble.

Can someone tell me what happened and point me in the right direction.

You're asking the wrong people - the question you should be asking yourself is:

What has changed on/about my computer between the time when everything worked and now?

Remove/uninstall/undo whatever it is and you'll probably be back to a working system.

How are you capturing? Is this DV via firewire, USB? Are you using an analog capture device? What are your project and capture settings?
