Adding background music to video

Is there anyway to add background music to a video in PictureShow? I can add it to my picture slideshows, but not videos

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks to me like it can't be done with PictureShow.

As far as Ulead products are concerned, VideoStudio 9 might be the way to go. With VS9 you can combine video clips and photos in the same movie and can have up to 2 overlapping audio/music tracks in addition to (and/or instead of) the original audio of your video clip(s). In general, timeline editing applications are designed to give you much more creative flexibility however the learning curve is a bit steeper.

Hi!!
That mesage was posted a couple of months ago..
and I see no answer yet, so I am asking again...
Do you have an answer why I can not put a background audio to video clip?
I am not user of videostudio, that software is not even close to perfect with my needs,
I just like to enjoy Pictureshow.... it feeds my needs.
but... video clips without audio are - IMHO- useless...
any help, please???
