Everytime I go to sign in as a member (after entering email & PW) the sceen welcomes me.......

When I attempt to make a change in my profile, the web page goes back to the sign in screen......what gives?

I know I should be writing to Ulead Support, but you know how that goes...

Anyone else experencing problems changing any profile info?

Thanks

Hi Rich,
I just tried with IE6 and no problem at all.
Only unusual activity was that the site and the subsequent pages loaded very quickly!
Have you changed any security settings in yout browser recently!

You bet I've had problems. When I changed my email server in my profile, I could not log in at all. I had to register a new identity to use the forum. Eventually I got somebody to fix the problem - but only after many emails and much urging. I have received numerous emails from other users with similar login problems.

Intermittently, for the last year, I will be logged in, answer a forum problem, and when I try to post it, I will be presented again with a login screen, etc. ad nauseum. If I wait a few hours, I will be able to login again and sometimes, will be able to post my response. This has never been fixed and I doubt that anyone has seriously tried to debug this problem. I have sent numerous emails to our "crack" team of administrators but there has been absolutely no acknowledgement or constructive response.

The forum is riddled with bugs and nobody is minding the store.
