Product Shipping. OR really the LACK OF...

Anyone have any idea why Ulead is not shipping the DVD Movie Slideshow Suite (physical bundle)?

It's been nearly three weeks since my online order and all I'm getting from Ulead is a FedEx tracking number. I now have a collection of 5 different tracking numbers for the same order after my multiple attempts to contact Ulead (via email "webshop@ulead.com" and phone).

The DVD Movie Slideshow Suite contains:
Ulead® VideoStudio™ 9
Ulead® DVD MovieFactory™ 4 Disc Creator
Ulead® CD & DVD PictureShow™ 4
Ulead® COOL 3D™ 3.5
"Bonus Items"
Ulead® Ulead Photo Explorer 8.5
Ulead® Pick-a-Video™ (Title 06)

I would try contact FedEx.

I remember having similar problem with something else I bought via the internet and when I contacted the shipping Company concerned they replied
"Didn't you get our calling card to say we had been but you were not at home?"

Which obviously I didn't!
