B&W Logo to a 3D Image

Anyone have any steps on how to capture a black and white logo and then make it a 3D logo?

It will work for both Ulead COOL 3D and Ulead COOL 3D Production Studio.

Thanks HT....have been trying to get a little amimation business up and operating...now have the proper tool....
