This Forum Convinced me not to Buy ULEAD
The moderators here are smart asses..it's that simple. I'm glad I checked it out before I bought. They use the excuse that their attiude is acceptable when someone doesn't supply appropriate info. Instead, they could ask nicely. Ulead, you don't deserve our business with that type of customer service representation.

No business deserves your kind of custom either, not even Ulead. Good luck in your future endeavours. Did you bother to find out how many times each day the moderators here are kindly asking the same questions? Don't think so.
