Change all audio levels

I often replace my wild sound with music. Using MSP7, is there anyway to select all audio files in tracks Aa and Ab and set the levels to zero, or do I manually have to drag the little boxes down?

How about un-checking those tracks Enable/Disable checkbox?

Is it possible in MSP7 to reduce sound level on Track Aa or Ab in one step?
