Convert Chinese version to English? What files?

I bought Ulead VS9 with my hardware but it appeared to be in Chinese
Now I have 3 choices:
1. learn Chinese
2. Buy English version
3. Change the language

What files is the language data kept in? Can I just change them (trial version in English would be used as the source for English language)

I'm afraid the only options available to you are 1. and 2.
