no animation in pic

kinda new here.....ok so i have a gif file that is 560k bif but when i upload to a site....only my background image appears.....no animation is running

"Upload to a site..." lacks sufficient information to provide any useful answers.

What is the site - is it something like MSN Groups? What are you uploading it with - an FTP program, or a web page upload? You are sure you're uploading the correct file? Please provide lots of details. Thanks.

As an aside, a 560 Kb GIF is pretty huge. Dial-up viewers will have to come back after a coffee break to see it. Keep them small, preferably under 100 Kb.

sorry.....ok the site is myspace....im using the trial gif animator program....i have gotten it too work in the past...but cannot get it anymore

If you can view the GIF fine in the Preview tab in GA 5, or by opening it with Internet Explorer, then there is nothing wrong with GA 5.

Can you click on the static image you uploaded to see it animated?

Perhaps you'll have to click the "Help" link at the top right of the MySpace web site. I don't think your trouble has anything to do with GIF Animator.

i cant see it after it has been uploaded(or when i click it)...it keeps the background pic but adds a grayish tint......but the preview part of gif animimator works fine

Then it's an issue with the website. Perhaps try uploading a much smaller animation to see how that works.

As I said previously, contact MySpace for help. Not a GA 5 issue.
