Can someone give instructions on how to upload a file to ftp://ftpph.ulead.com? Support emailed me telling me to upload my MSP8 receipt to ftp://ftpph.ulead.com but didn't give instructions on how to do it.

Still need some help. Downloaded CoffeeCup and set-up server but when I try to connect it say's server not found.
FTP Address support gave is ftp://ftpph.ulead.com
Does that look right? They also gave me a user name and password.

Don't use CoffeeCup, so can't say what the interface looks like.
There should be an area where you create a connection. Insert the Ulead url there, your user name and password will also be required, connect after you inserted all the required code.
When I click on your link, I'm advised that anonymous login is not allowed. That indicates that the server does exist.
