I have a trial Video Studio9
I cannot download Smart Download - error Cannot find URL in file
Also made short movie and burn crashed - was very slow
AM using windows XP and memorex 16S DL burner
Thanks for any help

I am not sure that you can use Smart Download with the trial version. It is mainly for people who are downloading the full upgrade to VS9.
As for your 'crash burn' -- what were the properties of the file(s) you were trying to burn and what steps did you take to do it. If it was taking a long time to burn, you were perhaps not following the recommended procedures set out in the top sticky post on this Board.
