Adding avi file coded in xvid error??

Hmm forgive my newness but I am trying to create a DVD video from an Avi file coded in xvid.

When i try to add it to my project I get an error message that the file can't be accessed?



Does anyone know why I get this message with this file and perhaps an option for me? I was able to add this file using Nero but not Ulead?

Ulead Movie Factory version 3SE I believe.
