Installation problems

Post by pa3 »

Movie Factory 4
1 gig memory
Win98se

On installation I get "The following error occured in the file Laun2c0e.rra," abort, retry or ignore. I have tried loading several times and have deleted all ULEAD files.

I have chosen ignore and gone on with the installation. On trying to play a DVD movie, I have no sound and jerky movements in the movie.

Software came with Pioneer DVD/CDRW.

Thanks for any help.

It is possible you may have a faulty disc.
Create a folder on your hard drive and copy all the files from the CD to that folder.
Try running the set up file from the hard drive.

MF 4 comes in two flavours, one will not run under Win98. Do you have the correct version for your OS?

Thanks for the help. Copying contents to folder worked. Still no audio but trying to work on that problem. Thanks again.
