MPEG 4 Install Problem

Nature of the problem -
I have VS9 Full Version. I have downloaded all of the free plug ins. The Sony HDPack the MP4_power_pack and some content packs. I have installed everything except I can't install the MP4_Power_Pack_PSP_Patch_e.exe patch, I get an error. The error I get is "Installer cannot find Ulead VideoStudio MPEG4 Plug-in on your machine. Please Install Ulead VideoStudio 9 MPEG4 Plug-in first." I thought that is what I was installing! I have looked though the forums but all I can find is problems downloading the file, not installing it.


Properties of your source files (format, file size, where did you get it?)
MP4_Power_Pack_PSP_Patch_e.exe - Size is 3.77 MB (3,960,088 bytes) I have downloaded the file a couple of times to see if there was a download problem, but nothing seems to be wrong with the file.

What devices are involved and their mode of connection?

1g ram
Over 600g free hard drive STAT and PATA combined.
All Firewalls and Antivirus & Spyware software has been disabled to try to install it.

The patch you are trying to load is the ipod patch the MPEG4 plugin is here:
