What's the deal with the BurnTMP folder in Ulead 8?

Out of the blue, I'm now getting a burntmp folder created after I burn a DVD. I've burned a million DVD's before and this folder was never created, what made it start? It's clogging up my C: Drive with about 3-5 gigs in the Video_TS and Audio_TS folders and ruining 2nd and 3rd copies of my DVD in the burn process. Is there a setting I can go to that will prevent this folder form being created?

I just thought it was one of those annoying things that happened, and you had to clean out the folders afterwards, even if you did not select the relevant options.
If you can find out why it didn't do it originally, I'm sure lots of people would be grateful.
