sjj1805, Actually I did read it. But as I stated it did not state packs (pural nor did it list it under each. On version 3. The disclaimer is under EACH pack link. I looked through the other posts first in the other threads to try and find the various patches and or fixes. Again if the software worked as advertised as a SE then I would not bother to try. When it does not work you are left with a chuck it or fix it. I do believe in the threads being useful when someone has gone to the trouble of posting a solution but wish it would come from the company. I guess the SE version should be SEP for Someone Else's Problem. Even if it is an SE version does that mean it should not work as advertised? Hopefully the other issue that lead me to hope a pack/patch would help will get resolved.
And no I do not believe in feeding trolls. I do believe in voicing discontent about non functioning software SE or not.

the OP of this thread complained that the update did not work with his version, his program however does. It was pointed out that the patches do not work with SE or trial versions.
Now, you say that your version doesn't work at all, that's bad. None of us could guess this since you stated to have "the same problem", sorry, this can easily happen if you jump onto an existing thread.
Now, back to your problem. Since you only have two posts to your name, both of which are in this thread, none of these state exactly what your problem is or give any details on your system, how do you expect anyone to help you?
It is your right to voice discontent if software doesn't work as advertised, I would do the same. However, prior to hitting out at people for not helping, I would try to get their help.
Having said all that, let me assure you that anyone coming here for help will get it, provided the person is trying to help as well. Please let us know exactly what your problem is, your system details and, if after all that, we are unable to help, try to get your money back. You can of course do the latter right away also, it's up to you.
