video paint

Hi
i'm pretty much a beginner, and i found some cool stuff on the internet
but it requires video paint
can anyone help me and tell me where i can get it?

If it's the Video Paint I think you are talking about -- it was included in Ulead's full version of MediaStudio Pro 6.x and 7.x (it might have been in earlier version, I didn't start using MSP until version 6).

They now sell it as a separate package called VGL (Video Graphics Lab).
