down load the user manual from ulead if you dont have it.
I have had numerous problems in the last week since starting. my first problem was the SE version I bought on ebay didnt support dolby sound.
I couldnt work our what was wrong but managed to stumble onto this site.
i downloaded and paid for the upgrade to the full version as the answer to my problem found here.
every other problem i have had i have found the answer by searching or browsing this site.
I had downloaded the smart downloads but not being real smart had not unzipped them
I wont go through my other problems here but the latest was getting a background onto my chapter menu. all sorted now.
Just want to thank everyone involved on this forum and yes i will fill in my profile when i get a chance. I am more at home editing still photos but will enjoy upgrading my skills in videostudio . I have a lot to learn so will keep frequenting this forum.

Usually, most of the posts here are negative because they are reflecting the experiences people have made. Someone with no problems does not feel the urge to come here. All the better if we get the occasional success story, like yours.
