blue background...is it possible to select it? and change it

i am from greece. forgive me for my english. does anyone can help me in this problem?....i have ulead video studio 8... i want to do the following tric.... someone will stay front of a blue background...after that i want to select the blue background and change that with something else......it is the same as in movies...the story is in a studio but you can see mountains for background....well....if someone knows the answer...please tell it to me.. or email it at pikostas@yahoo.gr... thank you.

You cannot do that with version 8 but you can do it with Version 9.
