Adding clips for various movies
I want to give examples of bahavior by compiling a number of short edited segments from various dvd movies for educational purpose. Is this possible with Ulead

Yes, Ulead has several programs that are capable of that. If your interest is just authoring DVD's with limited editing, then DVD MF4 would work. If you are looking at doing alot of editing and be able to burn your edited videos to DVD then maybe Video Studio 9. Then there are prosumer (professional level) programs like Media Studio Pro 8, and DVD Workshop.
There are several others, visit Ulead's website, http://www.ulead.com read through the information, and view some of the Flash presentations. Then you might also download a trial version or two to give them a spin before you purchase. This will allow you to make a better decision on which program will best suit your needs. You can also order a disc from Ulead that has all of the Trial versions on it.
