Hey guys I just have a quick question here. I'm creating some dvd menu's and I tried the following with text and buttons. What I did was whenever I clicked a text or button it would play a clip for a couple of seconds (the transition clip) and then it would go to another menu. This worked fine when I tried it with text, buttons, and frames and everything works out well. My question is this: Is it possible when I click on the button/frame/text to make a transition that leads into the clip, and another transition at the end of the clip ( so it leads out of the 'transition' clip into the 2nd menu)?
I believe if i am not mistaken you can do this with video but I have not been able to figure out if you can do it with video.
Cheers,

If I understand your question, the answer is YES ! ...You are using a playlist, right? Is it possible when I click on the button/frame/text to make a transition that leads into the clip, and another transition at the end of the clip ( so it leads out of the 'transition' clip into the 2nd menu)?
You can link a button to either a playlist or to a title (clip). If you link a button to a playlist, the playlist will "take over" when you click a the button. (A "button" can be text or an image.)
You can mix and match titles (clips) and menus in a playlist.
However when you play 2 titles in sequence, you may get a "glitch" between titles (maybe just a quick black-screen between the clips).
