MSP7VE MPEG error

I recently got a copy of MSP7VE with a UK magazine. What a deal! Every time I launch it however, I get a dialog box titled "Load MPEG vio Driver Error" and the text says C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application data\Ulead Systems\Ulead MediaStudio Pro\7.0\msp.ini. And when I click OK the program launches but MPEG does not work. I'm also using VS9 and DMF4, both are full version and I don't have a problem with the MPEG driver in those programs. Any ideas how to fix this?

way back in 2003 I had the same problem with DVD Movie Factory 2
I sent in a query to Ulead Tech Support and was given the following answer

-*- ServiceID: 235577 -*- Date:Thursday, October 16, 2003 12:00:21 PM {GMT+08:00} -*-

Dear Steve,

Please copy all the files of the following folder into the DVD MovieFactory installed folder.
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ulead Systems\MPEG

You could try the above - obviously though you have to substitute DVD MovieFactory with your installation folder.

Try deleting the msp.ini file. It will rebuild itself with the required data as you subsequently open each module.
