Error when out-putting media to create VCD - PLS HELP

I am using MF3 and am having great difficulty burning my creation onto VCD.

I tried burning original capture onto VCD, without editing any footage, and without modifying menus etc, and it worked fine.

But...everytime I try and output the VCD I want, it stops at "Preparing video title data" and "Converting video editing title".

The Windows error message appears: "UMF3 has encountered a problem and needs to close."...

Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can get it to work?
I have done all the updates and patches with no luck...
