I have a cache problem with Video Studio 9 which i seek assistance when converting from video to DVD.
When I go to create a disc, I either elect to burn straight to disc; create DVD folders; or create a disc image file.
However, I'm currently getting the following message which prevents me from achieving any of these things:
The working folder C:\Documents and Settings\Pxxx Sxxxx\My Documents\Ulead Video Studio\9.0 may not have enough space. We will help to clean the converted cache file.
You can also change the working folder in Preferences
When I go to the preferences area under File and change to another disc drive other than "C" nothing happens.
Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated
I'm using PAL and normally capture in my "I" drive which has more than sufficient space. Unfortunately, my "C" drive doesn't.

As we have just told two people in the past week, Ulead is rather naughty about its manual. It tells you about the usual working folder, which you have found under Preferences in the main screen -- and changed it to I:\ drive. The problem is that there is another set of preferences, specially for the burning module, and it is hidden away in the first of the two small icons in the bottom left of the burning screen (i.e when your click on Share > Creat Disc). As you will see, this also specified a working folder, and it is usually, by default, the same as that set in the first Preferences. The only problem is, changing the first preference only changes the working folder for editing, not burning. So you have to again change it in the burning module for the temp burning files! Good luck.
