This is a standard message sent out by ULEAD. You can use that for any ULEAD software you may want to buy and has nothing to do with you reported problem.

Have you given to tech support all the pertinent details like your system spec's, OS, hard disk size and free space, memory etc. plus a description of the problem with error messages, if any?

If not then, I'm afraid, you may wait in vain like so many others posting here.

Feel free to ask for help here too, but we would need somewhat more than "It doesn't work, why?" also. You could start by filling in your system details in your user profile.

yes I have sent a couple of e-mails stating the 5003 error messages.but after waiting a couple of days its getting very upsetting.yes they have all my system information.I would have just expected a plain e-mail telling me where working on it .NOT we are giving you a super deal on up grading .

Please tell US what your problem is. WE ARE NOT ULEAD. WE ARE JUST USERS LIKE YOU ( perhaps with more experience). We don't know what information you sent to tech support.
...the 5003 error messages..
We don't know what the error code means... I am assuming that it's an error code... not the quantity of error messages... But, maybe we can help if you tell us what you were trying to do when you got that error. :? And, what type of video files you're working with, and what special hardware you are using, if any (digital camcorder? video capture card, etc.).

:( I'm very sorry you didn't try-out the trial version before buying the program. I hope we can help you to get it working.

BTW- I assume you have the full version. Tech support will not respond if you have the SE version that comes free with various hardware. They won't help with the trial version either. If either of these doesn't work for your set-up, you can try to get help here, or of course you can try the competition.

when I'm useing mf3se it seems to work great. but if I try to edit my video. it seems to work also but when it comes time to burn the dvd it takes about 10min and than I get the error message 5003 and it tells me it can write to file 14252-10 then the program locks up and windows has to send a report. But THANKS FOR TELLING ME THAT THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THE MF 3SE PROGRAM.No wonder I havent seen a e-mail about this problem.I FEEL LIKE A SUCKER for REGISTERING IT online. I just purchase it a couple of days ago.So I will just return the flawed product with no support.     I' tired of wasting all of my time.and Doug your right the members here have help me alot.but there's only so many times a person can load and reload a program and by looking at some very old post's here it looks like a ongoing problem that has never been fixed.I E-mail a member that had the same problem two years ago.he end up buying a new program.
