Hi, have loaded all software and driver for new camera but problem i am having is that the camera is not being pick up by my xp system.

I bought this camera from Tesco's (Premier DS-3081s 3.0 mega pixels),
have used it and the pictures are good.

Have looked in device manager and not showing up, also when i plug it in it does'nt show as hardware found.

Can someone help with this one please.

How do you connect it? Maybe the cable is faulty? Maybe the USB port is faulty?

Try connecting camera to PC before power up. It worked for me.

have you switched camera on and to the pc connection on the camera sometimes it s the review switch
