How do i get my videos..saved..

Okay i got my problem all fixed and i have my dv thing connected and it works and all i see my video..but how in the world do i save it..so i can like..send it to my friends..on the computer..i cant..figure it out. :?

Read the top sticky post for details. But briefly, with your DV video in the timeline, do your editing, then go to Share > Create Video File, and choose one of the very compressed formats, since you intend to send your masterpieces over the internet as an attachment to email, I assume. You would therefore probably want to choose a 'small' format like .wmv which will play in the Windows Media Player of those your friends who use Windows; or another format like Read Media; or, if you have it the mpeg-4 plug-in for VS9, then in the equally small and often high quality mpeg-4 formats...
