uDVDBurnMgr is not registered

Program Files\Common Files\Ulead System\DVD\uDVDBurnMgr is not registered
This is the error on my MF 3.5 Suite Deluxe (came bundled with Pioneer DVR-109). I have done a forum search for this...found same problem, but no solutions.
The software worked fine for about 8 months and then this.
Unfortunately, I have lost the original disk...whoops.
I contacted Ulead phone support...they said they don't offer support for this product and that I should contact Pioneer. I laughed out loud. I told them I tried to use the Tech Support Form but the website would freeze when I tried to register it. He said..."Try back later." Dang.
Anyway, with the original disc being lost...is there any hope of a remedy?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
I would think that Pioneer could supply a replacement disk.
You must have the 3.xSE version.
Install or Re-Install the update patches from Ulead to that version.
The update patch will re-install the missing file back or replace a bad one.

And Pioneer's advice about the MF3.5 patches says
"For further information, contact Ulead's Technical Support."

It's clear that nobody wants to support this product.
