Downloaded and saved trial version of PEv6 but when i try to install it i get to the little flash screen at the set up of windows installer then nothing .
( i did the same with PhotoImpact v11 with the same results )
i have other Ulead progs on my pc with no problems .. i am running Windows XP sp2 . Anybody have this problem and solved it ....... ?

Just downloaded trial version of PEv6, and when I try to install, my Win2000 freezes immediatly after doubleclicking the downloaded installation file.
To restart my system I have to power off/on!
This is my first experience with an Ulead program, should I give up?
I never had any problems with Adobe Photoshop Album / Elements....

Today I tried to execute that trial version of PEv6 installation file from the same (networking) drive, but on an Windows NT 4 system, and get an error pop-up window instead of the system freeze on Wondows 2000:
"The is not enough space on drivd D:\ to extract this package.
Please free up 191.09 MB and click retry."
That trial version of PEv6 installation file is on drive E: with 1.4 GB free disk space.
- why does the installation file want to extract on a different drive?
- how can I controll destination of extracted package?
