high quality earth animation

Hi i'm new here. I use ulead cool 3D for one year and i'm looking for a high quality earth.
I explain, i need the total earth, the complete one in high quality...
Does it exist ?

You can look on www.3dcafe.com for a 3ds model that you can import. I know they have several models in their free section.
