dvd not playing menu

Hy,

I use moviefactory 4 and have a problem with it:


Nature of the problem

I tryed to burn a dvd with various clips on, I added a menu

----started new project, added videofiles, made a menu, and burned-----


I have 5 clips, and made a menu, it gave me 3 thumbnails on 1 page and 2 on the next, The titles do have chapters but I don't need a submenu for this, just a plain 2 page menu with the clips on it
each 5 clips have a couiple of chapters, don't care for a menu on that.
Maybe I did something wrong with the menu?


now when I insert the disc in my dvd player I get my startup screen of the dvd player!!! th player IS counting
If I go to my first tile (using the remote) it plays the clip, then if I hit menu again it freezes on the last image of that clip (when I pressed menu button) and the counter is yet counting again

I burn dvd+r since my dvd writer dosn't support DVD-R, My dvd player normally plays DVD+ media

so, what could be causing this?
it takes to long to mess arround with it, importing all videos over and over again

I have a lite on ldw-401s with upgraded fireware, it is connected by ide cable and working perfectly

on a sidenote,
I just tryed it again, and saw the disc space was a few megs to short
so I burned it to dvd file on my harddisk and used dvd shrink to burn it....same result
if I browse through the files on the disc in dvd hrink, the menu i there in the browser, it just doesn't work on my PC nor on my DVD Player

I was in a hurry, lol, I get cranky when stuff doesn't work
