Adding An Object To An EasyPalette Movie

Post by Chaser »

UC3D seems to be a great product, but I'm having trouble trying to figure out how to add an object correctly. I've chosen a movie from the palette, and then I choose an object to add to that movie from the palette. I cannot figure out how to get the added object to appear in FRONT of the movie object. I'm looking for layers or something, but I find nothing like that. So, how do I get an object to appear in front of something in a pre-made movie? Thanks much!

Hi Chaser,

If you don't have the Object Manager open, make sure it is open. Highlight the object you want to move to the front.
Then highlight the Position track.
Now holding down the shift key (to constrain movement to one axis), Right Click on the stage, and drag down to bring it forward, or up to send it back.

Hope that helps...

Glad to help :)

Also if you want to learn more about Cool 3d PS and have a little extra pocket change you can pick up a copy of Vasst's Killer Graphics and Lower Thirds, for only $14 (US) which Ulead is still selling for $99. I bought it about a month ago...
It shows you how to do alot with the program, and mainly to start thinking outside the box...

Scroll down, it's the second from the last..
