What have you tried to uninstall it? Did you go to Start-->Control Panel-->Add/Remove Programs? I think you would have to, most of Ulead's App's do not have an uninstaller (which is just a link to Control Panel Add/Remove.).
How did you Install it? Is it a download (ESD) or from a disc? If you have the disc try doing a Repair. Then try uninstalling it again. It seems as if the uninstaller may be corrupted.
