PI 11, Boxed Version - Lock Up Problems

Hello all, hope someone can help me. Have been trying to learn version 11 and a tutorial uses " "Grid and Partition" and hue and saturation". Every time I try to do this, my system locks up - help please! Don't know what am doing wrong. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, etc. Still does the same thing. Sometimes it will get thru the Grid/Partion part and sometimes it locks up there.

Impossible to offer any meaningful advice, nothing to go by. It apears to be a system specific problem.
