issue with changing working folder

Post by Totores »

I have recently upgraded to VS9, i'm ready to burn my project to DVD, when I get to the last step it tells me there is not enough room on my C drive, I know this, i've gone into preference and changed every settings that i could find to the D drive where I got 50GB spare, but despite the changes that i make when I get to the last step it still looks at using the C drive for the working folder, any suggestions?

thanks

In the burning module in the bottom left corner next to the cog there is another preferences box have you changed that to D as well

Hey Totores,

if need be, you can "move" the pagefile to your D: drive to free up space on the C: - though this is in no way a cause of your problem, and I'm sure bop's response will solve it.

I think it's because they can! VS has many annoying quirks!
