I posted on this forum without receiving a response (I understand that not all posts can be responded to), so I e-mailed tech support with the same problem on the 1st Feb.
I received a confirmation e-mail "Thanks for contacting tech support" with some upgrade voucher attached. But since then I've heard nothing.
My problem still exists, it's not complicated, but I've had no feedback on how to fix it.
Does anyone know how long Ulead take to come back on a tech support e-mail?
