hi, have ha problem with video studio 9.
a scene has audio. it is imported from a mini-dv sony cam. so far so good. if i insert for example an mp3 file to the scene, the original sound from the video file is away?????
any suggestions? i checked that the project settings are the same than the first video scene i drag to the video-line.
please help

How odd! Are you sure that when you originally captured the video from your camcorder to your computer these original files contained audio? To make sure right click on the original captured files and read the properties. If the original captured files contained audio, just inserting a seperate audio track in the voice or music track wouldn't make the original video's audio go away. Are you also sure that the volume level of the MP3 track you added isn't louder than the original audio?

What happens if you split the audio from the video? Is the original audio audible now?
