You place the file(s) on your website. On the forum you just place the link.

The version numbers confuse many as C3D is version 3 but the more powerful C3DPS is version 1.

Sorry I had to come in as a new user. I hadn't visited in a while and I forgot my username and password. I have requested from another user the vfx plug file. I tried copying the one from Video Studio 7 and it caused 9 to crash for some reason. I sure would like to get that Christmas FX pack, but I bought mine too long ago. I t works like a charm in 7. By the way if you love fx like I do. Check out Adorage. It comes in volumes so you can purchase a volume at a time. They are the most beautiful effects and customizable too.
