Is the PI 11 download sold on eBay legit?

I've seen a couple of sellers from the UK and Cypress selling PI 11 on eBay as download for about $11-$12. Here's an example:

Or you can just search for "PhotoImpact 11" on eBay and probably find an auction.

The prices seem too good to be true so I haven't bothered trying to buy. Anybody know for sure whether these auctions are legitimate? Does ULead know about this?

Sounds dodgy to me especially this bit

Sounds to good to be true and probably is. ULEAD do not sell their software this way, neither do all the other companies on offer

You are dealing with a pirated version and cannot expect any support.

Thank you for the responses gents. Definitely will stay away from this seller; hope Ulead is taking some type of action on eBay to prevent this from happening in the future.
