Well I have done it My Ulead 3d Cool is up and running but its thanks to you guys out there and the wonderfull lady in Germany who I got on the phone she was not from Ulead of course.
What happened
1 information about the new download site for parts is not made known to customers. This took me a new download customer a week to find out and then not from Ulead, but from you guys.
2 I am satisfied that something is wrong with the Madness free download I wonder how long it will be to rectify that. or do I just buy new discs and hope.
Come on Ulead we are the customers it is time you started getting your act together reference Tec support they are not doing the job.
But your programme is great and I have been using your older edition for 5 years without hitch.
Come on then make 2006 the year of real customer satisfaction.
