Strange fonts in V8 & V9

Hello all, I have been using V8 for a year or so, and just this week had a play around on it again, this time i went to MOVIE WIZARD, Icant remember the last time i used this part of the program, as its more fun doing all the editing as you all know. When the curser arrow hovered above any iconbox a strange text was shown ?? ( part was correct the end was weird ) . I uninstalled V8 then installed again, same problem... I have uninstalled V8 and downloaded V9 trial, same again...example..HOVER CURSER above ulead Videostudio 9 ( you have 3 icons, dv-to-dvd, movie wizard, & video studio editer ) dv-to dvd wizard ,shows a box that says Capt,u= Next one movie wizard, shows Quic,u= Next one Videostudio editor, shows use,= Whats happened do i have a bug?? Iwould like to upgrade but will this affect the running of the program Thanks to all who can help,
