I've seen many posts of persons attempting to convert the MOV files from
their Kodak cameras.
I've found a method to convert these files and would like to verify it
works before posting anything useful. Just because it works for me doesn't
mean it will work for others.
Anyone interested in trying this conversion please email me.
I would like to verify it actually works on other systems.
MovieFactory 4 Only.
MovieFactory 3 doesn't have the needed "Export" feature.

Ploggy,
That depends.
Just like AVI the MOV files are containers for many Codecs.
So far the responses via email the Kodaks are using H.263 or Mpeg4 or Photo JPEG. Audio is usually uLaw2.1 or uncompressed with the "Photo JPEG".
They don't make it simple. Same manufacturer and didn't codec's, go figure.
Post or email the "Properties" of your video MOV file.
Email me a sample if you like. My account should be good for 10megs.
