Videostudio 9 trial.
Record file from videocamera MINIDV with Microsoft Movie Maker.
Load this file (format):
Microsoft AVI files -- OpenDML
24 Bits, 720x576, 4:3
DV Video Encoder -- type 1
DV Audio -- PAL, 32,000 kiloGerc; 12 bit
Menu (record):
Share->Create Video File -> Custom->Save file
(Save options: Microsoft AVI files
24 Bits, 720x576, 4:3, 25fps
DV Video Encoder -- type 1
DV Audio -- PAL, 32,000 kiloGerc; 12 bit)
Open saved file:
Microsoft AVI files -- OpenDML
24 Bits, 720x576, 4:3
Video: DV Video Encoder -- type 1
Audio: no <--------????????????????????????????
How it is possible to correct it?

Error copy from videocamera and record file formats DV.

Have you tried capturing the video using Video Studio instead of Movie Maker? Can you also tell us exactly how you have captured the video -- di you use Firewire or USB? What version of Video Studio do you have? What are the specifications of your computer?
I should also note that it might be better if in future you set your camera to record in 16 bit instead of 12 bit -- though the fact that your current project is in 12 bit audio should not make any difference to capturing it...

Pentium III, 800M, 256 RAM, Windows XP SP2
I capturing in Movie Maker from Windows XP with Firewire from MiniDV videocamera. Then load file in Ulead Videostudio 9 Trial. Then cut out a fragment of film and has written down it in Ulead Videostudio. Movie Maker has allowed to write down only in a format 12 bit.
