Software doesn't see capture device

I just installed MF4 and it doesn't see my capture device. I'm using an ADS DVD Xpress. When I had an OEM version of MF3 it had no trouble seeing the device when I changed the device driver in options. But in MF4 the ADS driver isn't listed. Also Capwiz sees the device and has been working ok for about 6mos.I've been to ulead site to download patches but am not clear which ones to use. Capwiz has been updated to the latest version. Also I can't seem to get a response from ulead techs. Any help please. jcarey

I have the same problem re: No capture driver is available in the system. ADS Instant DVD USB2 device is recognized by windows 2000, Capwiz works, Moviefactory 3 se recognizes it and works just fine. Moviefactory 4 is the problem. Help!
