create website tutorial on ulead.com

I ran across a very good tutorial on how to create a website in photoimpact 10 or 11 somewhere on ulead.com. I found the link from google and now I can't find it again. Since ulead.com has a very limited search function on their site, that's not an option. Does anyone have that link?
