Locking up PC problem.
MF3 freezes up at 24% completetion when trying to write DVD information to disk. I am using a Sony DVD burner. I thouight someone else may have had the same problem and could offer a quick fix. I'm working with tech support through email, thus its kind of slow going thus far. Thanks in advance. If it works as advertised it would be a good program.

What exact burner model do you use? Is it an internal burner or external burner??
Some external burners might have the lock-up problem when you burn, it will be fixed if you remove the external box of the burner and use the burner in the case bay as an internal one.
What disc media do you use?? Will it fix if you use another disc brand to burn??
Any other burning programs installed in your system??
Windows version??

I have downloaded the latest patch. I have removed other burning software versions. I'm using a Sony DVD burner with Sony DVD-R disk. I have been able to burn a slideshow to DVD, So I'm thinking it might be in the rending piece of the puzzle for video. I haven't had a chance to work with tech support over the phone yet. Only via e-mail. Hopefully I can get off work early and catch them on the phone. Thanks
