Moving Background on Menu Page

I have no challenging creating the moving chapters, but I was under the impression that with Workshop, I could select the background to be a movie file that would also move in back of the chapters.
I would appreciate any help & the steps in which to do this. I have tried to search for the answer, but have not run across anything.

Grab a clip from the video folder (either one you loaded or one that came with DVDWS) and drag into the background of your menu. That should get you started.
