Just recently started using MovieFactory 4 Disc Creator.
All of the video I have captured and burned so far was recorded on a Canon Pal XL1 SD digital video camera.
The DVD’s I have burned have all looked ok.
Recently I got a Sony Pal A1 HD digital video camera where I am having a problem.
I recorded a video in HD 1080i and down converted with the camera to SD video direct into my laptop using the Disc Creator program so I could burn it to a DVD disc.
So far so good, but then when I play the DVD back on the DVD player in the program or on a desk top player I are noticing a fair amount of blurring or a mosaic type of effect wherever there is movement in the shot or the camera is moved while filming. This blurring effect is not noticed when the video is played back in camera on the LCD screen.
When I get time I will burn some video from the XL1 and the Sony A1 onto the same disc to see if this problem occurs right through the DVD or only the video from one of the cameras.
Has anyone seen this problem before?
