When I try to burn from Movie Factory 4 I get the following message:
DVDMF.exe - Application error.
The instruction at "ox7c9106c3" referenced memory at "ox73e77116"
Have you seen this before? I cannot use the product like that. Please, Help.

You need to
1. Update your profile page with your system specifications.
2. Give us a detailed description of what you were doing ie.
What were the source files, where did they originate from. How big are the source files, bit rate, type of audio.
What did you do with the source files ie. have you made cuts and inserted transitions, added sound effects etc etc.
What settings have you invoked to create the DVD.
3. At what point does this error pop up, during the rendering stage or when it is actually in the process of burning to a disc.
At the moment it is a bit like saying "My car won't start, any idea why?"
