SOMEBODY HELP ME
I am at my wits end with ULEAD, UCRAP more like it, Ive tried to contact tech support by registering my product and bam the website just stops. Anyways for some reason Ulead isnt recognizing that I have MPEGS on my camara. It loads the pictures just not the videos.

Amanda, I do not use the program for this but I read your post and
looked at the program. I noticed that if you go to "Video" at the top
and scroll down to "Switch Capture PlugIN" you have an option to change it to MPEG. Have you tried that?

What kind of digital camera?
What kind of memory card?
